When will Lucralba be available?

Lucralba is in preparation. People on the waitlist are told first and get their free test as soon as it opens.

Do I need to connect my store?

No. You simply upload your Shopify, Stripe or PayPal export files. A read-only connection will be offered as an option.

What is included in the margin?

Product costs, payment fees and commissions, refunds and disputes, shipping and advertising, product by product.

Is my data safe?

Your data is hosted in the European Union, processed in line with the GDPR and deleted on request. A data processing agreement is provided.

Can my accountant use Lucralba?

Yes. The Firm plan covers up to 10 client files, with a shared dashboard where only the gaps are left to handle.

Does pre-ordering cost anything?

No. Pre-ordering only records your intention. No payment is requested today.
